The staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests, which sounds like basic hospitality but trust me, after bouncing around Phuket for a week, that kind of authentic warmth stands out.

What really won me over was how thoughtfully everything’s designed – I mean, someone clearly put effort into making this place feel more boutique than budget. The rooms are clean and modern without being sterile, and the beds are actually comfortable (you’d be amazed how many places get this wrong). The bathroom situation is solid too, with decent water pressure and hot water that doesn’t run out after five minutes. There’s this nice little balcony area where I’d sit with my morning coffee, watching the organized chaos of Thai street life wake up below. The pool area is small but perfectly adequate – not crowded, which was perfect for an afternoon dip when the heat became unbearable around 2 PM.

Location-wise, you’re positioned really well without being stuck in the absolute madness of Patong Beach. You can actually sleep at night here, but you’re still close enough to grab a late-night som tam from the street vendors or hop on a motorbike taxi to wherever the evening takes you. The neighborhood feels authentically Thai rather than tourist-bubble fake, which I appreciated. Parking is tight if you rent a car, but honestly, you don’t need one from this spot anyway. What impressed me most was the value – for what you’re paying, especially during high season, you’re getting way more than you’d expect. The place consistently delivers on the basics while adding those small touches that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special rather than just crashing for the night. It’s the kind of hotel that makes you want to extend your stay an extra day, which is exactly what happened to me.
