The owners clearly know what travelers actually need versus what looks good in photos. The Wi-Fi reaches every corner (tested it thoroughly while working from that amazing balcony), and there’s enough space to spread out without feeling like you’re living in each other’s pockets. I was there during what locals told me was peak season, but the apartment stayed surprisingly quiet – something about the way it’s positioned just seems to buffer the usual tourist hustle.

The 9.5 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be some luxury resort experience, but everything it does, it does really well. The kitchen actually functions like a kitchen, the bed doesn’t have you waking up with a sore back, and that view – I keep coming back to it because it genuinely changes throughout the day.   Absolutely amazing! Luxurious accommodation at a reasonable price. Huge rooms. Excellent views. Semi-private swimming pool. Very close to Yanui beach with excellent snorkeling and to Rawai beach with shopping and nightlife. James and Joy made sure that our stay was comfortable and accommodated all our requests. If I ever be back at Phuket, I will be staying at their place!

  Really nice modern apartments with big windows and a great ocean view. Very comfortable and spacious. There was a washing machine as well, so I was able to wash my clothes and dry them on the balcony. The location is quiet. It’s close to Rawai beach with lots of restaurants. It’s also close to Yanui beach which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Nai Han beach is also close and good for swimming. The host was very accommodating and friendly.
