  Absolutely amazing! Luxurious accommodation at a reasonable price. Huge rooms. Excellent views. Semi-private swimming pool. Very close to Yanui beach with excellent snorkeling and to Rawai beach with shopping and nightlife. James and Joy made sure that our stay was comfortable and accommodated all our requests. If I ever be back at Phuket, I will be staying at their place!

  Really nice modern apartments with big windows and a great ocean view. Very comfortable and spacious. There was a washing machine as well, so I was able to wash my clothes and dry them on the balcony. The location is quiet. It’s close to Rawai beach with lots of restaurants. It’s also close to Yanui beach which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Nai Han beach is also close and good for swimming. The host was very accommodating and friendly.
