Plus, having free parking on-site is actually a bigger deal than you might think if you’re planning to rent a scooter or car to explore the island. I mean, parking in popular beach areas can be a real headache otherwise.

What struck me about staying here is how it puts you right in the sweet spot of Kata’s residential-meets-tourist area. There are local Thai restaurants within walking distance where you’ll pay half what you’d spend at the beachfront places, and honestly, the food is often better. The Soi Kataburi area has this authentic feel — you’ll see locals going about their daily routines, which gives you a more genuine taste of island life than some of the more resort-heavy zones.

  Le condo etait super propre, les equipements disponibles etaient tres utils, il manquerait juste un egouttoir a vaisselle.
  On a apprecie qu'il y ait un parking pour garer notre voiture. La vue est magnifique depuis le balcon.

  Очень тихое, уединенное место с красивыми видами на пляж Ката и окрестности. В комплексе Kata Ocean View отдыхаем не первый раз. Жили практически во всех блоках (корпусах). У каждого блока есть свой бассейн, можно пользоваться любым. До моря и магазинов достаточно далеко, обязательно нужен транспорт. На территории комплекса есть магазин, но товары в нем немного дороже, чем в остальных, подойдет для срочных покупок. Рядом есть прокат авто/байков, сауна, массаж, ресторан и т.д.
