The thing about staying in Karon is that you’re getting this sweet spot between the madness of Patong and the sleepy vibe of some of the quieter beaches down south. This hotel gets that balance just right. The rooms are clean and functional – nothing fancy, but they’ve got good air con (crucial during those humid afternoons) and the Wi-Fi actually works consistently, which I can’t say for every place I’ve stayed on the island. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night despite being close enough to walk to all the beachfront restaurants. You’ll hear the waves more than any street noise, which is exactly how it should be.

The staff here really know their stuff about the area – they pointed me toward this little local spot for pad thai that I never would have found otherwise, tucked away behind the main beach road. And here’s something practical that nobody talks about enough: the hotel’s location means you can actually walk to Big Buddha if you’re feeling ambitious (it’s a bit of a hike, but doable), and you’re close to the weekend market in Chalong if you time it right. The beach itself is gorgeous – that soft white sand that Karon’s known for – and you’re looking at about a two-minute walk from the hotel. I’ve stayed at places that claim to be “beachfront” where you need a taxi to actually see water, so this felt refreshingly honest. The pool area is nothing spectacular, but it’s clean and gets good afternoon sun. Actually, I spent most of my time there just because it was so peaceful – barely any kids splashing around during the weekdays I was there. Is it going to blow your mind? Probably not. But will you sleep well, eat good food nearby, and wake up to easy beach access without breaking the bank? Absolutely.

  Apartment was very well appointed great views I was in a wheelchair and couldn't get to the property had to hire taxi everyday. Otherwise in a good location close to shops etc

  The condo building was well maintained. 10 minute walk from the beach. The condo was beautifully maintained, and very clean and fresh. There was free weekly housekeeping. Amazing sunset views. Anytime there was an issue, the host (Cindy) took care of it immediately.
