The rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out – nothing fancy, but everything you need is where it should be. The beds are actually comfortable (you’d be amazed how many hotels mess this up), and the air conditioning works properly without sounding like a jet engine all night.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even when it’s busy. The walls seem properly insulated, and you’re not hearing every conversation from the hallway or neighboring rooms. The breakfast situation is pretty decent too – nothing elaborate, but fresh coffee and actual food, not just pastries from a box. I spent a few mornings just sitting in their little eating area, and it has this relaxed vibe where nobody’s rushing you out the door. The Wi-Fi is reliable throughout the building, which honestly puts it ahead of some much pricier places I’ve stayed. They’ve got this practical approach to everything – like having enough outlets in the right spots, decent water pressure in the shower, and staff who can actually help when you need directions or recommendations. It’s the kind of place where you sleep well, start your day without any hassles, and don’t feel like you’re missing out on anything important. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want from a hotel.

  Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und in sehr gutem Zustand. Keine kaputten oder abgenutzte Möbel. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer sorgfälltig gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern und frischen Wasserflaschen (!) ausgestattet. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Massagesalon im 1. Stock war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem standen ein Föhn, eine Strandmatte und Strandtücher zu Verfügung. Die Lage war super. Direkt gegenüber ist der "Kata Night Market" mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten zu fairen Preisen. Hier kann man sich jeden Abend nach Belieben durchfuttern und das wilde Treiben des abendlich Marktes beobachten. Zum Strand Kata Beach sind es nur ca. 10min zu Fuss und 2min mit dem Scooter. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein kleines Kaffee mit leckeren Kaffeekreationen (HOT/COLD, Oat-Milk, Matcha-Latte, etc.) und günstigen Preisen. Insgesamt 100% zu empfehlen! 🙂

  отличный отель! расположение хорошее, рядом ката и карон. Очень большие номера с балконом, все есть. уборка каждый день. нет вывески, не сразу поняла, что нужно обратиться в массажный салон.
  соотношение цена-качество отличное. смело рекомендую!

  Расположение. Это плюс!
  Пешком минут 5-7 до пляжа.
  До рынка еды 1 минута!!! Рядом также есть прачка самообслуживания.
  Супермаркеты, обменники + все близко.
  В номере есть халаты! Тапочки И это для тройки (это для сравнения с 5ками Египта).
  Каждый день меняют воду и кофе. Есть ванные принадлежности. Замена полотенец по требованию. Телевизор, интернет, фен, чайник.
  С балкона открывается вид на оживленную улицу. Очень колоритно!
  Приветливый персонал.
  Все описанное в букинге совпадает. Ребята за бюджетные деньги само то!
  Нас было 4. Взяли два номера. Нам их рядом предоставили, поэтому с детьми было две изолированных комнаты (отдых же)!

  Прекрасный отель ,чистый ,большая комната,очень порадовали халаты ,пляжная сумка и пляжное покрывало.
  В шаговой доступности 3 пляжа ,через дорогу ночной рынок и 7/11.Ночью было тихо.

  Номер или новый или после ремонта. Не ожидала такого сервиса, в номере есть всё,халаты, тапочки,утюг с гладильной доской и даже пляжная сумка и зонт. Это не считая обычного отельного набора как фен, туалетные принадлежности , холодильник, сейф и чайник с посудой.На первом этаже находится массажный салон, не надо далеко ходить…
  Есть уютный балкончик с двумя креслами и столиком и сушилкой для белья. Пляж в 10-15 минутах ходьба, рядом рынок. Вообщем цена-качество очень даже хорошая.

  Хорошая комната. Ежедневная хорошая уборка. В номере, кроме всего прочего, есть гладильная доска, утюг, выдаются хорошие полотенца для пляжа и сумка. Близость к интересующимся нас локациям, к любимым пляжам
