I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to S.B.Living Place, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name doesn’t give much away, and it’s one of those places you might walk right past if you weren’t looking for it. But you know what? Sometimes the unassuming spots end up surprising you the most.

The staff seemed genuinely pleased to see guests, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re tired from traveling. I mean, there’s something to be said for places where the person at the front desk actually looks up from their computer when you walk in. The rooms are clean and functional – they’ve got everything you need without trying to be something they’re not. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the shower had decent water pressure, which is more than I can say for some supposedly fancier places I’ve stayed.

What I appreciated most was how quiet it gets at night. You’re not dealing with paper-thin walls or hallway conversations echoing until 2 AM. The whole building just settles into this peaceful rhythm once evening hits. Parking was straightforward too – none of that circling-the-block-five-times nonsense you get in busier areas. Actually, the location itself is pretty solid. You’re not right in the thick of tourist chaos, but you’re not stranded in the middle of nowhere either. It’s that sweet spot where you can walk to grab coffee or a quick bite without feeling like you need to plan an expedition. The neighborhood has that authentic, everyday feel – you’ll see locals going about their business, which I always find more interesting than those sanitized tourist districts. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with marble lobbies or rooftop pools, but sometimes you just want a comfortable place to sleep that won’t break the bank. The 7.6 rating makes sense to me – it’s doing the basics really well without any major surprises, good or bad. If you’re looking for something dependable and honest, S.B.Living Place delivers exactly what it promises, nothing more and nothing less.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful when I first checked in, had drainage issues on my balcony which was sorted the same day when I pointed it out, spacious and clean room great value for money , free gym and pool too for guests who stay!

  It was clean and bed was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean too znd had necessary emenities. Staff were really good especially the guy at the reception. He was very polite and was advising us on how to get taxis and where to go.
