Everything’s well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, but it doesn’t feel like you’re afraid to touch anything. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m talking about that Goldilocks level of firmness), and honestly, the shower pressure was better than my apartment back home. Small thing, but you know how it is when you’re traveling – these details matter more than you’d think.

What really sold me on the place was how the staff seemed to genuinely know what they were doing without being overly formal about it. Check-in was smooth, they remembered my name without making a big show of it, and when I asked about local spots for dinner, the recommendations were actually good – not just the usual tourist traps. The common areas have this relaxed energy where you might end up chatting with other guests, but there are also plenty of quiet corners if you’re more in the mood to just read or catch up on work. I spent a fair bit of time in their lounge area, and the coffee was surprisingly decent too. Look, I’m not saying it’s going to change your life or anything, but there’s something to be said for a place that consistently gets the basics right while adding just enough personality to feel special. The whole experience felt effortless in that way that only happens when someone’s put real thought into how people actually want to travel.

  Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends. The living room had a huge TV, sofa and pool table. Great just for lounging around. The bedrooms were clean, each had a tv. Only one room is en-suite but there's a shared bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Noin greeted us with keys and picked them up when we left. We were able to leave our bags in the house until we were going to the airport. Great service overall.
