The pool area is where this place really shines though. It’s not huge, but it’s got these rock formations that give it the whole “rock shore” vibe they’re going for, and there are enough loungers that you can actually find a spot even when it gets busy.

Staff here seems to get that most guests are either recovering from the night before or gearing up for the next one – they’re helpful without being pushy, and the front desk folks know their way around restaurant recommendations beyond the usual tourist traps. I stayed here during shoulder season in May, and while the place wasn’t packed, there was still a good energy around the pool area. The location really works if you want to be in the thick of things but not completely overwhelmed by it. Beach is maybe a seven-minute walk, and you’ve got that whole strip of massage places, convenience stores, and late-night food spots right there when you need them. Honestly, for what you’re paying and what you get, it hits that sweet spot where you’re comfortable enough to actually relax but not so fancy that you feel weird showing up sandy from the beach.
