  The staff were very helpful, let us take our bags up to our rooms even though we didn’t pay yet (they helped with the bags as there isn’t an elevator, also helped with bags at check out without being asked just came over and grabbed to help) and was very easy with later check in.   This is superb place to stay if you are in Patong area – from the start to the end the owner provided us with great hospitality,the room was big and clean, with the balcony with the view of the city, we loved the location- very close walking distance from the main streets for markets and restaurants, but still far from the noice and rush,which is here long in nights, so you have a quiet place to rest. Highly recommended, we were so happy to choose Riviera Patong hotel! Thank you!
