The old Sino-Portuguese shophouses are literally around the corner, and you can walk to the weekend night market in about five minutes. Plus, there’s parking right on-site, which is honestly a godsend if you’re planning to rent a car and explore the island — finding a spot in Phuket Town can be a nightmare otherwise. The airport is maybe 45 minutes away, but the taxi ride gives you a nice preview of what you’re getting into.

The Room Experience

My room was surprisingly spacious for a three-star place, with that crisp, contemporary design that feels fresh without being sterile. The air conditioning works like a dream (trust me, you’ll appreciate this), and the bed was actually comfortable — not always a given at this price point. The bathroom is compact but well-designed, and I mean, the water pressure was decent enough for a proper shower after a day of wandering around in the heat.

Food & Dining

While there isn’t a full restaurant on-site, you’re honestly better off exploring the incredible street food scene right outside your door anyway. The hotel can point you toward some amazing local spots — I’m talking about the kind of places where you’ll get the best tom yum of your life for like 60 baht. There’s a 7-Eleven practically next door for basics, and if you want something fancier, the old town has some really solid Thai and international options within walking distance.

Why Guests Love It

This place works especially well for couples who want to experience authentic Phuket without breaking the bank. You’re close enough to the beaches (about 15-20 minutes by car) but far enough from the chaos to actually get some sleep at night. The value is solid — you’re getting clean, comfortable accommodations in a prime location for way less than you’d pay at the beach resorts. Plus, the staff really knows the area and can steer you toward experiences that most tourists never discover. It’s not fancy, but it’s smart, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. The apartment-style setup with thoughtful amenities makes this an excellent choice for extended stays.

  Lovely room. Very spacious. The bed was really comfortable. The pool was really nice and they had a lounge/chill area along with tables and chairs, with coffee/tea/hot water and refillable water facilities. These were available at any time which was a nice touch.
