The hotel sits on Thapkrasattri Road in Rassada, which puts you in an interesting spot — you’re technically in Phuket Town but far enough from the tourist chaos to actually breathe. I mean, you’re not walking to Patong Beach from here, but that’s actually a good thing if you want to experience more authentic Thai life. The location works especially well for couples (apparently they rate it pretty highly), and I can see why — there’s something nice about having a quieter base while still being connected to everything. Plus, there’s parking right on site, which honestly saves you a headache if you’re renting a car to explore the island.

The Room Experience

My room was surprisingly spacious and well-thought-out, with enough storage space that I didn’t have to live out of my suitcase for the entire stay. The air conditioning actually works properly — you know how sometimes hotel AC units sound like jet engines? Not here. The bathroom was clean and modern, though nothing fancy, and the bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with it all night. What I appreciated most was the attention to small details, like having enough outlets near the bed and blackout curtains that actually block light.

  Great customer service from the staff, especially Lin! Everyone was very helpful from the front desk, housekeeping, and wait staff in the cafe and at breakfast. Great selections of food for breakfast everyday. If your stay is long enough the entrees will repeat. I appreciated being able to experience some Thai entrees that I haven't tasted before. Breakfast cost 150BHT ($4 U.S) if you didn't select the with breakfast option when booking. The location is walking distance to a 7/11, the Super Cheap Market (you can find almost anything you need or forgot), ATM, KFC, a lot of food street vendors, and an easy location for Bolt or Grab to take you to Phuket Old Town (located about 15 minutes south). Two coin washers and one dryer is located in the hotel parking lot for your personal use. I am a female solo traveler and felt safe the entire time. I would recommend.
