The rooms are clean and functional – nothing Instagram-worthy, but the AC works great (crucial in that humidity), and the shower has decent water pressure. I stayed on the fourth floor and could see little glimpses of the ocean between buildings, which was a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to upload photos or video call home. One small thing that bugged me initially was that the elevator can be slow during busy times, but honestly, after a few days I just started taking the stairs and called it part of my vacation workout. The breakfast spread is pretty standard Thai hotel fare – some Western options, local fruits that are actually ripe and sweet, and coffee that’s stronger than you might expect. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done and saves you from wandering around looking for food when you’re half-awake. The pool area is small but gets good sun in the afternoon, and there’s usually a breeze that makes it comfortable even when it’s blazing hot outside.
