  WIFI in the room was non-existent when we arrived. After complaining staff tried hard to improve it, including sending a tech to the room. After that we at least had intermittent WIFI..

  This hotel is a convenient option for travelers needing quick access to the airport, boasting a calming and nature-inspired ambiance. However, my stay was slightly marred by the presence of mosquitoes and ants in the room, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location near a 7-Eleven, local market, and various restaurants made it very practical. Just be aware that pedestrian walkways are limited, making it a bit tricky to explore on foot. Overall, while it wasn't exactly what I expected, my husband and son enjoyed the pool access, and it's a nice place to relax before a flight.
