I stayed during shoulder season in October, and the place felt comfortably busy without being packed. The restaurant serves decent Thai food, though honestly, you’ll want to wander down to the beach for some of the local seafood spots – there’s this little place about ten minutes south that does incredible grilled fish, and the hotel staff will point you in the right direction. The 8.3 rating makes total sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be the fanciest resort on the island, but it delivers exactly what it promises. If you’re the type who wants to actually experience a bit of local Phuket life instead of being trapped in a resort bubble, this spot hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  This hotel is a convenient option for travelers needing quick access to the airport, boasting a calming and nature-inspired ambiance. However, my stay was slightly marred by the presence of mosquitoes and ants in the room, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location near a 7-Eleven, local market, and various restaurants made it very practical. Just be aware that pedestrian walkways are limited, making it a bit tricky to explore on foot. Overall, while it wasn't exactly what I expected, my husband and son enjoyed the pool access, and it's a nice place to relax before a flight.
