This four-star property sits in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to the beach to hear the waves at night (which, trust me, beats any white noise machine), but far enough back that you’re not dealing with jet ski noise at 7 AM. The villas themselves are spacious – I mean really spacious, not that “spacious for Thailand” qualifier you usually have to add. Each one has this private pool that’s actually swimmable, not just Instagram-worthy, and the outdoor shower situation is pretty fantastic if you’re into that sort of thing.

What I really appreciate is how they’ve managed to keep things feeling intimate even though there are multiple villas on the property. The layout gives you privacy without making you feel isolated, and honestly, the staff seems to know exactly when to appear with fresh towels and when to make themselves scarce. The kitchen setup is legit too – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cooking space if you want to hit up the local markets and try your hand at some Thai ingredients. Speaking of local stuff, you’re maybe a ten-minute walk from some seriously good street food spots that most tourists never find because they’re too busy hunting down TripAdvisor’s top-rated places. The whole Bangtao area has this slightly sleepy, residential feel that grows on you – it’s not buzzing with nightlife, but there’s something nice about falling asleep to actual quiet instead of karaoke bars and motorbike traffic. I’d definitely come back here, especially during the shoulder season when you can practically have the beach to yourself in the mornings.

  Size and comfort of the villa is fabulous. From the pool to laundry wash everything was perfect. Khanitha and her staff are warm, friendly and helpful. If you need/want it they’ll get it for you. WiFi was strong in all three bedrooms.

  Lovely property, 3 bedrooms with all ensuite for us all, lovely kitchen living dining space with extra under stairs toilet area. Pool was great although some tiles need replacing and my son cut his foot in first 10 mins but they accommodated us with some plasters and medical items which solved the issue. Washing machine and clothes drying item outside. Car parking space under cover which was great out of the heat and handy when shopping or packing to leave. Lovely owners who were very accommodating.
  Beach 10 mins walk with a few beach clubs to use for the day.

  Amazing villa situated in a perfect location in bangtao just a few minutes walk from the beach. The host was very responsive to any questions and check in was easy. Would recommend to couples, groups of friends and families.

  The villa is lovely and in a great location. It has a pool which is clean and the perfect temperature. The beach is a short walk away and there is a small convenience shop and lots of restaurants to choose from. The hosts are very helpful, reply quickly to questions and replaced things that were needed.
