What’s really practical is the free private parking — and I mean actually free, not some hidden fee situation. If you’re planning to explore the island by car or scooter, this makes a huge difference to your daily budget.

The Room Experience

My room was exactly what you’d expect from a solid four-star — clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds are comfortable (not too soft, not too firm), and the air conditioning actually works properly, which honestly isn’t always a given in Thailand. The bathroom was modern and spacious enough that you’re not bumping into everything. I particularly appreciated the blackout curtains — when you want to sleep in after a long day exploring, they actually do the job.

  Most of the staff were really friendly <3 The location is really good, its right next to a giant mall and one of the long distance bus operators. The giant mall has a really good money trader and a number of food courts with nice options, you can walk to one of the nearby night markets. You will still have to cab into old town every day though. The gym seemed adequate, same with the pool and the sauna. There are extra toilets on ground and floor 2. Even though we were underneath the sign, there wasn't any additional light pollution. I thought the 2L of water a day was reasonably generous

  We stayed here because we needed to take the bus from Phuket to Koh Pangan. Highly recommend to stay here the day before and do some shopping. Convenient location, walking distance to the shopping mall.

  The bed was quite comfortable. They have vending machines for a late night snack. They have a decent gym facility and washing machines on level 2. Good view of mountains from my room. Simple but great value for money. Most staff were very friendly. Fresh water provided daily.
