  Huoneistosta oli upeat näkymät merelle. Uima-allas mahtava, ja heti aamulla klo 9-10 aikoihin sieltä aina sai aurinkotuolin (niitä oli 5 kpl yhteensä + pari pöytä&tuoliryhmää). Allasalueella rauhallista.
  
  Keittiössä paistinpannu, kattila, mikro, leivänpaahdin, vedenkeitin, jääkaappi-pakastin joten peruskokkailut onnistuivat hyvin. Wc- ja talouspaperi riitti hyvin. Astianpesuaine oli, samoin pikkupakkaukset shampoota ja suihkusaippuaa.
  
  Vieressä isot supermarketit ja paljon kahviloita, ravintoloita. Ranta noin puolen kilometrin päässä. Satelliittikanavat, Netflixit, Youtubet telkkarissa.
