You won’t hear the street noise much, but if your neighbor’s watching TV late, you might catch some of it.

Here’s the thing that really works about this place – the staff actually seems to know what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth, they helped me figure out the best route to avoid the worst of the beach road traffic (go left out the front, then cut through that little soi behind the 7-Eleven, trust me on this), and when I had an issue with the safe, someone was up to fix it in like fifteen minutes. The location puts you close enough to Patong Beach that you can walk there easily, but you’re also pretty close to some of the better local spots that tourists don’t always find. There’s this little coffee place about two blocks away that the locals actually go to – way better than the tourist traps near the beach. And if you’re planning to explore other parts of the island, getting a taxi or renting a scooter from here is pretty straightforward. The 8.5 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it gets the important stuff right and doesn’t try to oversell itself.

  Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné des bons conseils sur les bars et restaurant à découvrir. L'appartement était propre, climatisé et très bien placé pour se balader dans les rues de Patong. Immeuble bien sécurisé et au pied de la ville et à 10min de la plage à pied. Vraiment hâte d'y retourner prochainement.
