The thing that struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care about getting things right. Check-in was smooth – no weird upselling tactics or confusing explanations about resort fees. The rooms are honestly pretty solid for what you’re paying. I stayed in one of their standard rooms and was pleasantly surprised by the space and how well-maintained everything felt. The air conditioning works like a dream (trust me, you’ll appreciate that), and the beds are comfortable enough that I actually slept better than I do at home. The bathroom setup is nothing fancy, but it’s clean and functional with decent water pressure – sometimes that’s all you really need.

What I really appreciated was the resort’s approach to the whole SHA Extra Plus certification thing. Look, I know some places just slap these health and safety labels on without much thought, but they seem to take it seriously here without making it feel oppressive or sterile. The common areas stay clean, staff wear masks when they should, and there’s hand sanitizer where you’d expect it – but it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a hospital, if you know what I mean. The pool area is where this place really shines, actually. It’s not massive, but it’s well-designed with enough space that you’re not bumping elbows with other guests. I spent a good chunk of my afternoons there with a book, and the poolside service was attentive without being pushy. The restaurant on-site serves decent food – nothing that’ll blow your mind, but solid, reliable meals that hit the spot after a day of exploring. Their breakfast spread is pretty generous, and they accommodate dietary restrictions without making a big fuss about it. Honestly, with a 7.6 rating, I think some people might have had unrealistic expectations going in. This isn’t a luxury resort trying to compete with the high-end places, and that’s perfectly fine. It’s a comfortable, well-run property that delivers on what it promises without any major headaches or disappointments.

  The location of the hotel was excellent just a few hundred yards from the Main Street where all the restaurants, bars and shops are.
  
  The staff at the hotel were amazing especially the guy in charge of booking excursions he was absolutely amazing so friendly went above and beyond to book us the best excursions in fact he made our stay at the hotel so memorable. I wish to thank him!
