You’ll see hand sanitizer stations everywhere, and they’re pretty thorough with the cleaning protocols without making it feel like you’re staying in a hospital. The four-star rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be some ultra-luxury resort, but everything works well and you get solid value for what you pay. I did notice the WiFi can get a bit spotty in some of the villas, especially the ones further from the main building, so if you’re planning to work remotely, maybe mention that when booking. The restaurant on-site serves decent Thai food, though I’d recommend venturing out for dinner at least once – there are some fantastic local spots within a short drive that the front desk staff will happily point you toward. One thing that really stuck with me was how quiet it gets at night. You’re far enough from the main road that traffic noise isn’t an issue, and the way the villas are spaced out means you’re not hearing your neighbors’ conversations or TV shows. Perfect if you’re looking to actually unwind and get some proper sleep.

  Our stay was absolutely perfect! We highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and amazing staff. Situated between two stunning beaches—Kata Beach and Karon Beach, both just a 10-minute walk away—you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Plus, shops, restaurants, and bars are all around.
  
  The pool, while it might have seen better days, was still a relaxing spot to unwind. Our room was spacious, offered a beautiful view, and everything worked perfectly.
  
  Breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary.
  
  A special shoutout to Fat, one of the receptionists, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and had such a cool vibe. Thanks, Fat, for making our experience even better!
