  The house doesn't look particularly fresh from the outside. But the apartment is brand new, the bathroom is freshly tiled, the bed is new and the bed linen and towels are great. The room is small but absolutely functional. Air conditioning and fridge are quiet. The WiFi is fast. Compared to other condos or resorts, the house is also quite quiet. The location is great: the end of the cul-de-sac is absolutely quiet and you are only a 10 minute walk from the beach and center. On the first floor laundry, mini store, 2 restaurants – all reasonably priced and good.
