I honestly wasn’t expecting much from an apartment-style setup in the heart of all that Patong chaos, but this place actually delivers on the seaview promise – and I mean really delivers. When you step out onto that balcony on the 23rd floor, you’re looking straight out over the Andaman Sea, not some partial glimpse between buildings like so many “seaview” places try to pass off.

The three-bedroom setup works brilliantly if you’re traveling with family or a group of friends who want their own space but don’t want to deal with booking multiple hotel rooms. I mean, having a proper kitchen was a game-changer – you can grab fresh fruit and snacks from the local markets (there’s a great one just a few minutes’ walk toward the main beach road) without paying those inflated hotel minibar prices. The living area is spacious enough that everyone’s not constantly bumping into each other, which honestly makes a huge difference when you’re trying to get ready for dinner or just want to sprawl out after a long day exploring Phuket. The four-star rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be ultra-luxury, but everything works well and the furnishings are comfortable without being fancy.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re basically in the middle of Patong’s tourist zone. The tower’s set back just enough from the main strip that you don’t get the constant buzz of motorbikes and late-night revelers, but you’re still close enough to walk to all the restaurants and bars without needing to grab a tuk-tuk every time. The beach is maybe a seven-minute walk – not beachfront, but close enough that you can easily pop back up to the room if you forget sunscreen or want to escape the afternoon heat. Actually, that turned out to be one of my favorite things about staying here – having that retreat option when Patong Beach gets overwhelming (which it definitely can, especially on weekends). The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, and the elevator situation isn’t a nightmare like some of the older high-rises in the area. Just keep in mind that this is definitely more of a self-service situation than a traditional hotel – you won’t have daily housekeeping or a concierge, but sometimes that independence is exactly what you want when you’re settling in for more than just a night or two.

  The view is just pure magic. Just unbelievable! The sun gleaming off the sea in the evening and the calm of the morning was so peaceful. Brilliant location! Very clean indeed . Nadia and her team were the best. 23rd floor was perfect height away from the Bangla road music . Also size of the living room and kitchen is huge ( doesn’t look it in the pics but it is very big)
