This four-star place really does feel like they’re trying to live up to that “excellence” part, even if they don’t always hit the mark perfectly.
The thing about staying in Patong is that location basically makes or breaks your experience, and this tower sits in a pretty sweet spot. You’re close enough to hear the energy from Bangla Road when the wind’s right, but far enough that you can actually sleep without earplugs – which, trust me, is harder to find than you’d think around here. The building itself is one of those modern high-rises that’s become pretty common in the area, and honestly, the lobby tries maybe a little too hard with all the marble and dramatic lighting. But hey, after a day dealing with tuk-tuk drivers and beach vendors, sometimes you want to walk into somewhere that feels polished.
What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually know the area – not just the touristy stuff, but where to grab decent pad thai at 2 AM or which pharmacy stays open late. The rooms are solid without being flashy, though I did notice the soundproofing could be better between floors. There’s this weird thing where you can hear people rolling suitcases above you way more than you’d expect in a newer building. The view situation is hit or miss depending on which side you get – some rooms face the hills (nice), others face… well, other hotel buildings (less nice). The pool area is actually where this place shines though. It’s not huge, but they’ve got this setup where it doesn’t feel cramped even when it’s busy, and the deck gets good sun most of the day. I spent more time up there than I planned, just because it felt like a genuine break from the chaos down on the streets. With a 7.2 rating, you’re getting pretty much what you’d expect – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s not going to disappoint either. The kind of place where everything works, the WiFi doesn’t cut out during your video calls home, and you feel like you got decent value for what you paid.

Patong Towers are apparently the tallest buildings in the area. We didn't know this until we checked in but the view of the area and Patong Beach was beautiful. Linda from reception was super helpful and made it really easy to check in even with our last minute booking (because of an airbnb mishap). They provided cleaning, fresh towels and bottled water everyday. The location was also right next to Bangla Rd so easy access to nightlife if that's what you're looking for.

Everything was perfect from the location of the tower, the cleanliness, the owner, the facilities and the services provided. It was super safe as there was a 24/7 security available. Our entire stay was wonderful.
