Each unit feels more like a high-end condo than a hotel room, with full kitchens that actually work (I mean, the stovetop gets properly hot, the fridge keeps things cold – you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case). The living spaces are generous too, which is refreshing when you’re used to cramped hotel rooms where you can barely open your suitcase. What really impressed me was the attention to detail – proper blackout curtains that actually block the light, USB outlets where you need them, and these rainfall showers that have decent water pressure. The balconies vary depending on which unit you get, but even the smaller ones give you a nice spot to have your morning coffee while watching the organized chaos of Patong wake up below.
Location-wise, you’re right in the thick of things without being stuck on the absolute craziest street. It’s close enough that you can stumble back from the beach bars without needing a tuk-tuk, but far enough from Bangla Road that you can actually sleep at night if you want to. The beach is maybe a seven or eight minute walk – not beachfront, but honestly, that works in your favor since beachfront usually means tourist trap prices for everything. There’s a 7-Eleven practically next door (because Thailand), and I found some solid local food spots within a couple blocks that the hotel staff pointed me toward. One thing to keep in mind – this is Patong, so it gets busy, especially during high season. The traffic can be mental, and the streets get pretty lively at night, but that’s kind of the point of staying here, right? If you wanted quiet, you’d be in Kata or somewhere up north. The building itself does a decent job of keeping the street noise manageable, though you’ll still hear the occasional motorbike convoy at 2 AM.
