The building itself isn’t winning any architecture awards, but the elevators work consistently and the common areas stay reasonably clean. The walk to the beach takes maybe five minutes, and you’re close enough to all the street food and shopping that you don’t need to plan your whole day around transportation.   Great view from the balcony and very nice apartment. Easy communication with the owner. Very central but quiet location in Patong, short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants just outside the property.

  The location & view. Short walk to beach, bars & restaurants. Amazing views from dawn to dusk from the balcony. Both bedrooms had aircon. Good sized bathroom. There was a washing machine in the sunroom along with a drying rack. We were two female friends in our 60s and really enjoyed our 10 day stay here with many hours spent on the balcony. Da was a great host who was in touch before our visit & during our stay. He was very responsive to all our questions.

  The view is beautiful more than I thought, the apartment is so clean and the host was helpful, There are Arabic Channels, Near from The beach and stores, The location is very good, There are security guards and cameras throughout the tower، The wifi is good too, There are 2 Views ( Sea and city), and I guess the apartment is Enough for 5 guests, I really recommend it anf I will come again.

  Very close to beach and walking street.

  Many massage shop in front of the apartment,
  we chose one, price is very cheap even in central area for tourists.

  It helps us to keep our cloths clean during stay there. And also washed newly purchased cloths in Phuket before use, so enjoyed walking around outside with new new clothes during stay in Phuket.
