The four-star rating feels about right, though I’d argue the views alone bump it up a notch. From most of the villas, you’re looking out over that gorgeous sweep of Patong Bay, and let me tell you, watching the longtail boats head out in the early morning with your coffee is pretty much perfect. The infinity pool area – well, it’s smaller than what you might expect from the photos, but it’s positioned so you feel like you’re swimming right into the Andaman Sea. Actually stayed there during shoulder season in May, and while it was definitely humid, the afternoon thunderstorms rolling in across the water were absolutely spectacular to watch from the covered terrace.

What really won me over was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the area. The front desk guy (wish I remembered his name) steered me toward this little local seafood spot about ten minutes’ walk down the hill that I never would have found otherwise – no tourists, just incredible tom yum and grilled fish. He also warned me about the songtheaw timings, which saved me from getting stranded after a night out on Bangla Road. The villa itself has this sort of contemporary Thai design that doesn’t feel too try-hard, with those dark wood accents and clean lines that photograph well but also actually feel comfortable. Air conditioning worked like a dream, which honestly matters more than anything fancy when you’re dealing with that Thai heat. Only minor gripe was the WiFi got a bit spotty during evening hours when everyone was streaming, but that’s pretty standard for the area. With a 9.8 rating from other guests, I’m clearly not the only one who thinks this place gets the balance right between luxury and authenticity – close enough to dive into Phuket’s famous nightlife scene, but far enough removed that you can actually recharge between adventures.

  The complex of villas built in the same style is very private. Access to the territory is through the security checkpoint. The place is really safe. We never locked the doors. The villa is located in the best location on Patong beach with the best view from above the bay, but it is not very high on the mountain, so you can walk to the villa from the beach or use the shuttle at any time you want. There's a clubhouse and a main pool for community villas. The villa has a spacious parking lot for cars and several motorbikes or scooters. Friendly staff instantly brings you what you need, tablets for the dishwasher, capsules for the coffee machine. I highly recommend the villa and its best service.
