I spent most mornings there with terrible hotel coffee that somehow tasted perfect in that setting, watching other travelers nurse their hangovers while planning their beach day.

The rooms are… well, they’re exactly what you’d expect from a solid Patong hotel that knows its audience. Clean, functional, with that slightly firm Thai mattress situation that either works for you or doesn’t – luckily it worked for me. The air con actually keeps up with the humidity, which is saying something during high season. I had a partial ocean view from the fifth floor, though “partial” is doing some heavy lifting there – more like if you pressed your face against the window and looked left, you could see a sliver of Patong Bay between the buildings. But honestly, you’re not here to stare at your room anyway. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the water pressure was decent enough for a proper rinse after those long, sandy beach days. With an 8.1 rating, this place has figured out that sometimes it’s the little things – like having actual hooks for your wet swimwear and a mini-fridge that stays cold – that make a stay memorable rather than just tolerable.

  Very quiet and peaceful even though it's near everything. Beach is a 7 min stroll. Staff are great and breakfast enjoyable. Nothing fancy but very much worth it!
