  I didn't expect to get an upgrade and really happy to receive this service. the concierge really efficient when they saw guest carrying heavy luggage, they immediately approach us and help to carry our luggage. the location quite hidden and I feel like I found a hidden gem in a middle of Patong.

  Love the location, so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Palmyra is easily accessible to tour companies so they can do pick up/drop off easily. 7/11 is literally across the road so you can get pretty much everything incl Pet food if you wanted to feed the stray dogs (please keep this in mind and show compassion). This is not a party hotel, mostly couples and families which is great because you get a decent night's sleep
