This four-star property is actually part of a serviced apartment complex that’s figured out how to give you the space and comfort of your own place while still delivering proper hotel-level service.

The balcony is what sold me, honestly. I mean, you don’t realize how much you miss having outdoor space when you’re used to cramped hotel rooms until you’re sitting out there with your morning coffee, watching the neighborhood wake up. The apartment itself is surprisingly well thought out – whoever designed these units actually understands how people live. The kitchen isn’t just for show (I’m looking at you, most hotel kitchenettes), and there’s genuine storage space, which is a godsend if you’re staying more than a couple nights. The bedroom flows naturally into the living area without feeling cramped, and they’ve managed to fit a proper dining table that’s actually usable for working if you need to.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail that you don’t usually get in standard hotels. Fresh flowers in the lobby that someone clearly changes regularly, not those sad artificial arrangements. The staff knows your name by the second day – not in an overly familiar way, just professional and warm. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that upselling nonsense you get at chain hotels. Actually, the whole vibe feels more like you’re a temporary resident than a tourist, which I found oddly comforting. The building itself has this quiet efficiency about it; you hear people coming and going, but it’s never disruptive. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period and still slept well every night. Parking was included, which saved me the headache of figuring out street parking or paying through the nose for nearby lots. Small thing, but when you’re dealing with luggage and groceries (yes, having a real kitchen means you can actually shop for food), it matters more than you’d think. The balcony faces a direction that gets good afternoon light without being blindingly bright in the morning – someone definitely planned that carefully.

  The place is amazing and feels both very special offering a rare mix of beautiful design and hominess, the whole building was well-maintained, especially for its age, still looking like in the advertisement, a rarity in Thailand. For Christmas time, the pricing was quite reasonable. Lastly, the personnel were very sweet and forthcoming.

  The individuals at reception are such kind people.

  The staff were kind and management was run very well. We stayed for a month and it was a very pleasant stay. Kitchen was well equipped. A couple maintenance issues needed to get taken care of, but it was done very quickly after it was brought to the staff's attention. Adequate parking for cars and bikes. Room was good for 2 people.
  Comfortable bed and nice pools. Quite a good location in Rawai if you have your own bike or car. Within 15 mins Nai Harn, Kata Noi, Karon for beaches, and near Makro and Villa Market for groceries. A lot of grab options nearby too.
  Quiet location was perfect. We stayed during songkran and heard nothing.
