The apartment is exactly what it promises — a proper one-bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the neighborhood. What I really appreciated was the full kitchen setup, because honestly, eating out every meal in Phuket can get expensive fast. You’ve got everything you need to whip up breakfast or store those late-night 7-Eleven runs (and trust me, you’ll make plenty of those). The room itself feels spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase every five minutes, and the balcony — well, that’s where you’ll probably end up spending your mornings with coffee.

Location Perks

Here’s the thing about Rawai Beach that most people don’t realize until they get here — it’s not your typical tourist beach with jet skis and banana boats everywhere. It’s more of a working fishing village vibe, which means you get to see actual Thai life happening around you. The longtail boats bob in the water, and there are these little seafood shacks right on the sand where locals actually eat. You’re also perfectly positioned to hop over to nearby islands — the boat tours leave right from the beach, and you don’t have to deal with the crowds from Patong or Kata.

  The place is amazing and feels both very special offering a rare mix of beautiful design and hominess, the whole building was well-maintained, especially for its age, still looking like in the advertisement, a rarity in Thailand. For Christmas time, the pricing was quite reasonable. Lastly, the personnel were very sweet and forthcoming.

  The staff were kind and management was run very well. We stayed for a month and it was a very pleasant stay. Kitchen was well equipped. A couple maintenance issues needed to get taken care of, but it was done very quickly after it was brought to the staff's attention. Adequate parking for cars and bikes. Room was good for 2 people.
  Comfortable bed and nice pools. Quite a good location in Rawai if you have your own bike or car. Within 15 mins Nai Harn, Kata Noi, Karon for beaches, and near Makro and Villa Market for groceries. A lot of grab options nearby too.
  Quiet location was perfect. We stayed during songkran and heard nothing.
