The Wi-Fi actually works well too, which matters if you’re trying to stay connected or, let’s be real, upload those sunset photos that everyone’s expecting.

The location is what sealed it for me though. Kamala Beach is literally a few minutes’ walk, and it’s this perfect stretch of sand that gets busy during the day but clears out beautifully in the evenings. You’ve got the local market nearby where you can grab fresh fruit for practically nothing, and if you want to venture out, Patong is close enough for a night out but far enough that you’re not dealing with that chaos every single day. The staff genuinely seem to care about making your stay work – they helped me sort out a motorbike rental and gave me proper directions to some local spots that I never would have found otherwise. I mean, with a 9.3 rating, you’d expect decent service, but they go beyond just being polite. One small thing that impressed me was how quiet it stays at night; the soundproofing between units is actually effective, which is rarer than it should be. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between having your own space and being close to everything Phuket offers, this place nails it without trying too hard to be something it’s not.
