The staff genuinely seems to enjoy working there too, which always makes a difference. During check-in, the front desk person actually gave me useful local recommendations instead of just handing over a generic tourist map.

The rooms themselves are where this place really shines, though. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained – I’m talking about details like outlets in convenient spots, decent water pressure, and blackout curtains that actually block light. The beds are legitimately comfortable (I’m picky about this), and honestly, waking up to that ocean view never got old during my stay. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work too – towels were always perfectly folded, and they managed to clean around my scattered belongings without making everything look sterile. One small thing I appreciated was how quiet it stayed at night, even though you’re close to the water and whatever evening activity might be happening nearby. The building seems well-insulated, so you get the ocean ambiance during the day without the late-night noise carrying over. If I had to nitpick, the breakfast area gets pretty busy during peak hours, but the food quality makes the slight wait worth it. They actually use fresh ingredients instead of the usual continental breakfast suspects, and the coffee is strong enough to properly wake you up. For a 4-star property, it punches above its weight in ways that matter to actual travelers rather than just looking impressive in booking photos.

  I have to go back there! the resort is the most unique place i came across. Everything there was spot on. Freshly squeezed orange juice upon arrival, super friendly and welcoming english-speaking staff. Extraordinary artsy interiors, breathtaking views, luxury swimming pool, you name it. My girlfriend loves the vibe and energy of the place. Can’t wait to come back there. The only downside is this longing feeling after leaving the resort. frankly just can’t get enough of it. Truly a Pearl. 10/10

  Everything was perfect. The view is amazing, the employees are friendly and flexible, the room was very confortable, internet was fast and breakfast really good. If you want to relax and privacy, this is the place.

  The staff also arranged a motorbike rental for us, helped with our laundry, and offered excellent service during breakfast. The way they served breakfast was thoughtful and personalised.
  
  The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall facilities were well-maintained. It is the perfect choice for those seeking tranquility.

  The hotel is brand new, really peaceful and calm, perfect for relax and disconnect. Is well located, 5mts from everything in Rawai.The rooms are perfect, the pool and the gardens are beautiful. The human group working there make you feel part of the family. I highly recommend visit it!

  Stunning hillside property with immaculate views of the ocean. Sam and the team were so welcoming and friendly they really couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are kept in pristine condition and have the most spectacular views you have ever seen. Be sure to get up early for the most breathtaking sunrise. booked for 1 night then fell in love with the property so extended our stay to 4 nights. Hotel pool is also amazing !!
