What really caught my attention was how they’ve managed to balance that boutique hotel intimacy with genuine comfort – the suites are spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your luggage, and the rooms have this lived-in elegance that makes you feel like you’re staying at a well-appointed friend’s place rather than just another cookie-cutter accommodation.

The attention to detail is what sets this place apart, though. I’m talking about things like actually good water pressure in the showers, blackout curtains that work properly, and – this might sound small but trust me on this – really comfortable pillows that don’t leave you with a crick in your neck. The common areas have these little nooks where you can actually sit and read or work without feeling like you’re on display, and there’s usually this subtle background music that somehow never gets annoying. During my stay, I noticed they keep the temperature just right throughout the building, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places get that wrong. The whole property has this quiet sophistication going on – not stuffy or pretentious, just thoughtfully designed by people who clearly understand what travelers actually want. You can tell they’ve put real thought into the guest experience because even the little things work seamlessly, from the WiFi that actually reaches every corner of your room to the way housekeeping manages to refresh everything without disrupting your rhythm. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself extending your stay if you can swing it, not because there’s tons to do on-site, but because it just feels right as a home base while you explore or unwind.

  Relaxed private hillside setting. Cozy quiet atmosphere, away from the street noise. Roger the owner is very welcoming and personable. Highly recommend.

  The interior design is stunning. There is surrounded by art and inspiration all around. The owners are very nice friendly and funny. Cats are so cute and lovely. This place is amazing is really hard to find a place like this in Thailand.

  Nice location, a bit hillside; an easy walk away from the clean and not crowded beach. Nice view and peaceful surrounding. Convenient pool and whirlpool for easy relax at the place itself. Nice green garden. Comfortable beds. It is the perfect place, not only for honeymoon or any couple, but also for small and big families and individual travelers.

  The villa is located by an infrequently used road, in a quiet place, amongst large green garden. Very nice. My window overlooked the road but there are rooms overlooking other sides as well. The place has a great potential. There is a kitchen there, I was told, for the use of guests although I did not use it. There is a table and some chairs in the garden available for guests, I think, and a small pool. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. A fridge, kettle , cups and coffee (instant) were available in the room or rather in a small space between the bedroom and the bathroom. Good idea.
