The staff genuinely seems to care about what you’re up to – not in that scripted concierge way, but more like they actually want you to have a good time. I remember the front desk guy spending like ten minutes drawing out this little map showing me the best route to avoid the main tourist crowds when heading to the beach. That kind of local insight is worth its weight in gold when you’re trying to experience the real Phuket, not just the postcard version.

What really won me over was how the place handles the little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The rooms aren’t going to blow you away with luxury, but they’re thoughtfully set up – good water pressure (seriously important in this climate), decent air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter, and enough space to actually spread your stuff out without feeling cramped. The location works really well too, though you’ll want to grab a motorbike or be comfortable with short taxi rides to get to the main beach areas. But honestly, that slight distance from the chaos is part of what makes it appealing. You get the authentic neighborhood feel in the evenings – hearing actual Thai conversations instead of just tourist chatter, smelling someone’s dinner cooking next door, that sort of thing. I found myself sitting on the little balcony most nights just watching regular Phuket life happen, which sounds boring but was actually one of my favorite parts of the stay. The only real downside is that if you’re someone who needs to be in the thick of the nightlife scene, you’ll be doing a bit more traveling than you might want. But for anyone looking to experience Phuket without feeling like you’re stuck in a tourist bubble, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  It’s a neat and clean cosy hotel with vintage decor, spacious rooms and toilets, very close to Central mall and Chillva Market. The property has been maintained meticulously with an eye for details, which is very rare in the price range, Located centrally to all places of interest in Phuket. The staff were very courteous and helped us with our queries and reservations promptly. A must stay hotel in Phuket, will surely visit again🙏
