  Waking up to the sound of waves on Surin Beach was incredible. The view from the balcony and shower were incredible. Minutes walk to the beaches and about 10 minutes walk to the shops. The lobby receptionist told us to walk on the road down the hill to the nearest convenient store. But I wouldn't recommended to walk on the busy road especially we were walking against traffic on the way back up hill to the hotel. I would take alternative route via the beach and the market to be safer.
