The staff here actually remembers your name after a day or two, which is a small thing but makes such a difference when you’re trying to settle into vacation mode. They speak decent English too, and honestly seemed genuinely happy to help with directions or restaurant recommendations – not just the touristy spots everyone pushes, but places where locals actually eat.

I’ll be straight with you – the breakfast isn’t going to win any awards, and the pool area is pretty basic. But here’s the thing: this place gets the fundamentals right, and sometimes that matters more than having an Instagram-worthy infinity pool. The location gives you options without the chaos, the price point makes sense for what you’re getting, and you’ll actually sleep well. For a solid, no-nonsense base while you’re exploring everything Phuket has to offer, it really works. Plus, with ratings consistently in the high 8s from other travelers, I’m clearly not the only one who thinks they’ve got something good going on here.

  Property was clean, quiet and spacious. Location is very good if you have a scooter. Close to fitness street by scooter. Is possible to walk in about 20mins but on the side of a main road.

  I LOVED staying here. The room includes a fridge and a TV with free Netflix and air con which was a really big plus. The bathroom and shower was clean. There’s a closet for your clothes with hangers if required. There is an outdoor area to hang and dry your clothes.The power socket was right next to the bed with a mini table there which I loved. They also included a kettle. The owners live nearby and were always so helpful and lovely to talk to. They would give me bottles of water daily. The lock on my door was faulty and when I showed the owners, they had it replaced on the day!
  
  The location is great. Very quiet and away from the busy streets. It is a prime spot for Muay Thai fighters, only 5 mins away from Tiger Muay Thai etc.

  Big is bed and the TV is good. Near to some of the tourist places. No much options to eat. Need a bike or car when you stay there.

  Die Unterkunft war für den Preis super! Sehr saubere Zimmer, es wurde täglich geputzt, man hat eine saubere Klimaanlage und vor der Tür Stühle und einen Tisch zum sitzen. Es wurde uns täglich Trinkwasser in Flaschen gegeben.
  Der nächste 7/11 ist quasi um die Ecke, 2 min zu Fuß. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit n
