The fact that there’s free parking on-site is actually a big deal if you’re planning to rent a scooter — most places in this area charge for it or don’t have space at all.

The Room Experience

My room had this clean, contemporary Thai design that felt fresh without trying too hard. What struck me was the attention to detail — good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually work, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. The balcony overlooked the pool area, which gave me a nice view of the palm trees without feeling like I was in a fishbowl. You know what really made a difference? The soundproofing was solid, so even though we’re in the heart of Patong, I could unwind properly.

The spa here deserves a mention — it’s not huge, but the Thai massage therapists know their stuff, and the prices are reasonable for a resort setting. I spent some time at the fitness center too, which has decent equipment and stays cool throughout the day. The breakfast buffet covers American classics alongside local options, so whether you want pancakes or pad thai in the morning, you’re covered.

  We went to Nipa last minute and it was amazing. The pool is amazing and we stayed at the room with direct pool access. The gym is great and the staff were excellent. It was my birthday and they decorated my bed with a happy birthday sign and cute little brownie. The breakfast was great too with lots of options.

  This is my second time staying at Nipa and I always enjoy, its close enough to the city but not right in the busy central Bangla road , close to the beaches which is great as I go everyday, nice local restaurants around. peaceful hotel even when busy, pool is avg size but good enough for even families, has a little bar by the pool which is handy. Overall Great location. Staff generally friendly if you need anything, breakfast is good selection and taste, a little expensive compared to outside venues. If you like the tours the lady outside by the entrance is very helpful and organised, she organised many tours for me 2 years ago and taxi transfers to airport at good value price. I will be back next year

  The property has spacious rooms and well located. Far away from the chaos but near enough if you dare. The pool was lovely and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were able to book trips and rent a scooter right at the hotel tourist desk.
