I mean, the front desk guy spent like ten minutes drawing me a little map to this som tam place that ended up being incredible.

The location is sort of perfect if you want to experience Phuket without being right in the thick of it all. You’re close enough to hop over to the main attractions when you want to, but far enough away that you can actually get some sleep at night – no karaoke bars blasting until 3 AM here. There’s decent street food within walking distance (try the mango sticky rice from the cart that shows up around 7 PM), and honestly, just wandering the neighborhood gives you a better sense of what daily life is actually like here. Parking was never an issue when I had a scooter, which is more than I can say for some of the places closer to the beaches. Look, it’s not going to wow you with fancy amenities or Instagram-worthy pools, but sometimes you just want a comfortable base where you can recharge between adventures without breaking the bank. That’s exactly what this place delivers.

  Location is right next to the bus station, smart TV with apps to use, can find places to eat nearby to 7/11 roughly 7 minute walk, really soft comfy beds & a fantastic shower with great water pressure. Free coffee/hot chocolate & biscuits & bananas downstairs.

  .I like this place a lot. It's simple and clean. Nothing fancy but love the painted floors. And it's very well located – in a quiet side street but close to restraunts and other things in Rawai. Just be ware there are no elevators so if you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it yourself in the stairs.
