The location is actually pretty brilliant, and I mean that in a way most people don’t realize until they’ve been in Patong for a few days. You’re close enough to Bangla Road that you can stumble back after a night out (trust me, you’ll appreciate this), but far enough up Nanai Road that you’re not dealing with the constant thrum of motorbikes and drunk tourists at 3 AM. I remember my first morning there – I woke up expecting chaos outside my window, but it was surprisingly quiet. The rooms themselves are clean and functional, nothing fancy, but the air conditioning works like a dream, which is honestly all you need when the humidity hits you like a wall in the afternoon.

What I really appreciate about this place is how the staff treats you like a regular even when you’re not. The front desk crew remembers your name after day one, and they’ve got solid recommendations for local spots – not just the obvious tourist traps everyone suggests. Last time I was there, they pointed me toward this little som tam place about five minutes away that I never would’ve found otherwise. The building itself is well-maintained without being sterile, and there’s decent WiFi throughout (I actually got work done from the lobby, which says something). It’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but honestly, when you’re spending most of your time exploring Phuket anyway, you want a place that handles the basics really well. And for what you pay – especially compared to some of the overpriced beachfront places that charge double for the same comfort level – it’s pretty hard to argue with the value here.

  Room was large and all the facilities worked well
  Shower was hot, which is hard to find in Thailand so that's really good.
  Bed was comfortable and the balcony was big aswell, would definitely come back again.

  Perfect location, close to everything, especially the beach, many restaurants and service near by.
  The room we took was huge! And the management were super nice and helpful. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

  Amazing staff really helpful and accommodating! Good value for money if booked last minute. Yes the rooms are outdated however this resince is perfect if you’re planning to be out all day anyway
