The units are spacious – really spacious – with full kitchens that actually work (I cooked there several times) and balconies where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the fishing boats head out at dawn. What really struck me was how quiet it gets, especially compared to the chaos you’ll find elsewhere on the island. The only sounds are waves and maybe some birds in the morning – it’s sort of magical, actually. The building itself isn’t the newest, but it’s well-maintained and the views more than make up for any minor wear and tear.

Here’s what locals know that most visitors don’t: Nai Harn Beach has this incredible beach club called Sala that’s just a short walk away, and the sunset views from there are absolutely insane. Also, if you’re into snorkeling, the water right in front of the beach is surprisingly clear – much better than the more popular spots. The condo’s location means you can literally roll out of bed and be on the sand in two minutes, but you’re also close enough to Rawai (maybe a 10-minute drive) where you’ll find some of the best seafood on the island. Parking isn’t an issue if you rent a scooter, which honestly you should do anyway – the ride along the coastal road is half the experience. I stayed there during shoulder season and it was perfect, though I imagine it gets busier during peak months. The staff is genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions like at some of the bigger resorts. With a 9.0 rating, it’s clear other people have figured out what makes this place special – that perfect balance of being close to everything but far enough away to actually relax.
