The location is pretty sweet if you know Karon at all. You’re close enough to hear the waves at night (which I actually loved, though light sleepers might want to pack earplugs), and it’s an easy walk to the main strip without being right in the middle of all the tourist chaos. The staff here seems to actually remember your name after a day or two, which is refreshing. When I checked in, the guy at reception gave me this whole rundown about the best local spots for pad thai – not the tourist traps, but where he actually eats lunch. That kind of thing matters when you’re trying to get a real feel for a place.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing Instagram-worthy but they’ve got good air conditioning and decent water pressure, which honestly trumps fancy decor when it’s 90 degrees outside. I stayed in one of their pool-view rooms and spent way too many evenings just sitting on the little balcony with a beer from the 7-Eleven down the street (the resort doesn’t mind if you bring your own drinks, by the way). The pool area gets pretty lively during the day – lots of families and couples, not a party crowd – and there’s this one spot by the shallow end where you can actually get some shade in the afternoon. The restaurant on-site is decent for breakfast, though I’d skip dinner there and venture out instead. There are some incredible family-run places within walking distance that’ll blow your mind for half the price. One thing to note: the WiFi can be spotty in some rooms, so if you’re planning to work remotely, maybe ask for a room closer to the lobby. And parking is free, which saved me a bunch since I rented a scooter to explore the area. Overall, it’s one of those places that just feels right – not trying too hard, but delivering on the basics that actually matter when you’re on vacation.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Phuket at least three months ahead for major events like Loy Krathong and New Year celebrations, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near popular beaches and attractions.

  Very clean, 2 water bottle out in fridge every day, great location, helpful staff, valuable restaurant at the top of property with great food and views

  Good room, lovely pool, staff was nice, location is okay (it's quite a walk to the beach but they do a free shuttle bus service a few times a day), there are some good restaurants nearby. Lovely (sunset) view from the pool. Breakfast was basic but ok.

  Staff are all lovely, one receptionist was so helpful when I hurt my foot (not at the hotel). Very clean rooms and pool area. Good location, if you want a more relaxed place to stay. It's very quiet. But you're in the centre of things, when you jump in a tuc tuc. The pool was lovely.
  There is a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk from the hotel, via a path through the hotel grounds. Again this is only open until 8pm. ( Restaurant is not part of the hotel). The staff are lovely, there are great views from here.
  The beach is busy, but the sea is lovely and warm.

  Lovely hotel with a nice swimming pool. We stayed in the standard room which has the outside patio area. Lovely location for us as it's away from the hustle and bustle but just a nice stroll to reach all the bars,restaurants and beach. Rooms are a little dated but doesn't detract from being clean and peaceful. Breakfast was OK, having 5 choices but staff up there are not the most attentive. This is my second stay and when in Karon again will return here. Staff in hotel are very attentive and pleasant.
