The rooms are what you’d expect for the price point, but everything functions properly, which is more than I can say for some pricier places I’ve stayed.

The location works well if you’re planning to explore different parts of the island rather than being glued to one beach. You’re not right in the chaos of Patong, which means you can actually get some sleep, but you’re also not so far out that getting anywhere becomes a hassle. I found myself using Grab quite a bit, and drivers always knew exactly where the hotel was – no awkward phone calls trying to explain directions. The pool area becomes a nice retreat during those brutally hot afternoon hours when even the beaches feel overwhelming. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s clean and surprisingly quiet even when there are other guests around. What really sold me on this place was the breakfast spread – they manage to do both Thai and Western options without either feeling like an afterthought. The fresh fruit alone made my mornings, and the coffee was actually drinkable, which isn’t always a given. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with luxury amenities, but for the price and the solid 8.2 rating it’s earned, you’re getting honest value without any unpleasant surprises.

  Very clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, go above and beyond to help, free daily water and great to have a swimming pool to cool off in at the end of the day.
