The design leans contemporary without being cold, if that makes sense. I actually found myself lounging in the living area way more than I expected, just because it felt so… livable. The bathrooms are ridiculous in the best way – deep soaking tubs that you can actually stretch out in, and rainfall showers with pressure that doesn’t make you stand there forever trying to rinse shampoo out of your hair.

What really struck me though was how the staff seemed to anticipate things without being intrusive about it. You know how some places hover and others completely disappear? This hits that sweet spot where they’re just… there when you need them. The housekeeping is thorough – I mean, they even arranged my charger cords neatly, which is such a small thing but it shows they actually care about the details. And speaking of details, the SHA Extra Plus certification isn’t just marketing fluff – they take the health and safety protocols seriously without making it feel clinical or overdone. I’ve stayed at places where the COVID measures felt performative, but here it just feels like part of how they operate, which put me at ease from day one. The whole property maintains this calm, almost zen-like atmosphere that makes it easy to forget you’re even in a hotel. With a 9.0 rating, you’d expect excellence, and honestly? It delivers on that expectation without feeling pretentious about it. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a private retreat than a typical hotel experience, this is absolutely worth considering.

  We were welcomed immediately when we came to the property. The staff offered us immediately some welcome drinks and towel to freshen up. Daniel was very kind and welcoming. He showed us our room and was very friendly and polite, real 5+ star staff. All of the staff of this hotel are friendly and they always greet us with smiles. The location is really nice, its near the beach and also at the Kata market. Very well situated but also gives the privacy feel for its guests. Our room was beautiful and it was big enough for us two. Breakfast option was limited but also nice. Pity I couldn’t have the breakfast in our room cos they say we don’t have a table, even though I asked if we can have the basket for the floating. Just this small thing – could have added more to our stay. Overall it was a great stay and wonderful property. We’ll definitely come back and stay there again.
