The air conditioning actually keeps up with Phuket’s humidity (which, trust me, isn’t a given), and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it stays at night. Sometimes these smaller places can be hit-or-miss with noise control, but they’ve clearly thought about soundproofing.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to know the area beyond just the standard tourist script. When I asked about getting to some of the less crowded beaches, they had actual recommendations rather than just pointing me toward Patong like everyone else does. The breakfast situation is solid too – nothing fancy, but fresh fruit that’s actually ripe and coffee that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around since dawn. Honestly, after bouncing around different parts of Thailand, those little things start mattering more than you’d expect. The location puts you close enough to the action when you want it, but far enough that you’re not dealing with constant scooter noise and street vendors at all hours. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially given that it delivers way more personality than those massive resort complexes without breaking the bank.

  The owner is super nice and helpful. I checked in late, so I told him not to wait for me as I didn't want to keep he up late. However, he insisted that he would wait for me to check in in person. He also helped me with my luggage.
  The room is huge and clean, tidy.
  The pool is amazing.
  In a quiet area, which is good. There's a restaurant next to the hotel, which is handy.

  location is stunning, right next to the beach. The pool is also nice. The price was cheap, but a case of "you get what you pay for". If it had a more acceptable bathroom and slightly nicer bed, it would have overall been a quite nice of place to stay ( a small investment would go a really long way).

  The staff were lovely! And the location was so good! A minute to the beach and there is breakfast and a restaurant right next to it. The room had a fridge which was helpful to put water in.
