The staff here genuinely seems to enjoy working there, which sounds cheesy but makes a real difference when you need restaurant recommendations or help sorting out transportation. I stayed during shoulder season in May and the service never felt rushed or overwhelmed. The on-site restaurant serves up decent Thai fusion – not mind-blowing, but way better than most hotel food, and their breakfast spread covers all the bases without trying to be everything to everyone. With an 8.6 rating, this place sits in that sweet spot where you’re getting legitimate luxury without the stuffiness that sometimes comes with Phuket’s more established high-end properties.

  We had a mishap with another hotel which led us to book this 30 mins before arriving at this hotel, everything happens for a reason because n social hotel was a blessing in disguise. It was beautiful, the staff were friendly and accommodating for what happened to us at another hotel and we upgraded to a suite which was huge and amazing!! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for the last part of our 3 week holiday. It was connected to the shopping centre and amongst all the other shops and restaurants/bars and also Bangla walking street and the beach, you couldn’t hear anything from outside the hotel which was great. The breakfast was nice too. The pizzas at the pool were INCREDIBLE !!!!
