  Quiet location but not far from everything you might need. Super clean and tidy building and room, all very modern with everything working as it should. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful and really couldn't ask for more at this price.

  The price is good for what you get. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen with some kitchenware. About a 17 min walk to beautiful Kata beach.

  Everything brandnew. Very comfortable stay, superclean, great shower and aircon, fast and reliable WiFi and covered motorbike parking.
  I'm not a fan of stairs so they gave me a great room on the ground floor. Friendly owner-couple and supercute housekeeping.

  Big and comfortable bed. Fully equipped room, with TV, fridge, hair dryer, kettle, microwave and some cutlery.
  Good location near shops and restaurants, and 15 mins walk from the beach.
