What I really love about staying here is how it strikes this perfect balance between privacy and accessibility. The gated residence gives you that secure, peaceful feeling (you can actually leave your doors unlocked, which says something), but you’re still close enough to walk down to Kamala Beach in about ten minutes – maybe fifteen if you’re taking your time and stopping to chat with the friendly locals who set up fruit stands along the way. The beach there is honestly underrated compared to the chaos of Patong or Kata. Sure, it gets busy during high season, but there’s this laid-back vibe that I find way more relaxing. Plus, the sunsets from that stretch of sand are absolutely ridiculous – I mean, almost embarrassingly beautiful.

The attention to detail here really shows in those little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The air conditioning is whisper-quiet (crucial for light sleepers), the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the property, and there’s proper water pressure in both bathrooms. I also noticed they’ve got this thoughtful welcome package with local snacks and beverages – nothing fancy, but it shows they get that you might arrive hungry and tired. The property management is refreshingly responsive too; when I had a minor issue with the pool cleaning system, someone was there within an hour to sort it out. With a 9.4 rating, you can tell other guests have had similarly positive experiences, and honestly, I can see why people keep coming back to this particular villa.

  We liked how spacious the living room was. We opened our 3 large luggages wide in the living room and stored it there throughout our trip so that no space would be taken up in the living room. The toilets also came with bidets which we love!!!! Villa 3 also had great privacy compared to villa 1 & 2. Staffs were also very friendly, and answered queries on Whatsapp promptly during our stay there, even after the reception office was closed. Our villa was also blessed with 6 cats that all of us enjoyed the company of!:) Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay:)

  The house was beautiful and just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. Our concierge, Alam was quite helpful and always available to take care of us. We had a great stay and enjoyed the local area. It is walking distance to some great local restaurants and a small grocery store.
