  Hotel was clean , comfy bed , air conditioning worked very good ,I relaxed watching tv on the brand new smart tv ,I felt really comfortable here, very good helpful staff at this hotel ,good location, has balcony and I could say more good things about this hotel , overall I liked everything i recommend this hotel!

  The room was comfortable, it was roomy and we had a balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom wwas compact was spacious enough for what we needed. It was around a 20 minute walk to the beach which was fine for us and easy to get taxis if needed

  Room was clean and big enough to have some space to move around. The internet and smart tv both worked fine. The location is good if you want to be near Patong city. There's a scooter rental place between here and the 711 2 minutes away. The room even has a balcony if you want to smoke or just get some fresh hot air. Reception boy was all smiles and helpful when he could be.

  What a great find this place is.. had a weeks stay for bargain price. Reception and housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily, free bottles of water and tea coffee available in reception. Comfy bed and pillows. Restaurant next door. 15/20 min walk to patong beach. 7/11 around the corner. Netflix on the t.v. room spacious and quiet and only 12 rooms in the building .

  Actually there was nothing which I liked. In fact there is no lift and you have to take your luggage and everything by yourself to the second and third floor.
