  Это трехэтажный таунхаус в поселке. Вокруг живут и тайцы, и приезжие. Сам дом очень чистый. Техника вся новая: мы пользовались посудомойкой, стиралкой, плитой, холодильником, телевизором. WiFi везде ловит, по дому расставлены усилители. Кондеи в каждой комнате. Есть и вентиляторы потолочные, они потише чем кондиционер. На первом этаже гостиная и кухня. Есть мини-терраса, типа заднего двора, но она маленькая, и из-за общей жары мы туда выходили только белье посушить. На втором этаже две спальни. На третьем этаже третья спальня и большая терраса, на которой можно вечером посидеть. В каждой спальне свой санузел и двуспальная кровать. Нам поставили детскую кроватку и детский стульчик, плюс был детский бассейн и доски для плавания – ими не пользовались.
  Заселение бесконтактное, типа "ключ в ящике". Замок электронный. Всё общение в WhatsApp, удобно.
  
  По поводу места. До пляжа нужно идти минут 10-15 по классному парку с озером, там есть тень, потом чуть по дороге и через территорию отеля. Проблем не испытывали. Магазин ближайший тоже по пути на пляж. Там же и кафе и несколько ресторанов. На пляж можно пройти по территории отеля (как бы огибаешь его слева), можно по дороге. Мы через отель ходили.
  Есть шаттл, можно на нём – но мы не ездили. Он же возит к "городу". До "города" чуть дальше чем до моря, но тоже можно пешком дойти. Мы ходили, но в жаркий день тяжеловато. Утром, вечером, в облачный день – без проблем.
  
  По поводу оплаты за электричество: меня предупредили, сколько в среднем в день получится, но мы кондеи включали по необходимости, и получилось гораздо меньше, чем они говорили.
