The industrial design isn’t just some trendy Instagram backdrop – it’s done thoughtfully, with exposed brick walls that actually feel warm rather than cold, and these gorgeous steel beam accents that somehow make the space feel both edgy and inviting at the same time.

What really got me was the attention to detail throughout all six bedrooms. Each one has its own personality while staying true to that modern industrial aesthetic – think Edison bulb fixtures, polished concrete floors that are surprisingly comfortable underfoot, and these amazing floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light. The furniture choices are spot-on too; they’ve managed to find pieces that look sleek but are actually comfortable to live with. I mean, you know how some design-forward places sacrifice comfort for looks? Not here. I actually found myself wanting to curl up and read in pretty much every room.

The common areas are where this four-star villa really shines though. The living space has this incredible open-plan layout with soaring ceilings and a kitchen that’s clearly designed for people who actually cook, not just heat up leftovers. The industrial-style island is massive and perfect for gathering around, plus all the appliances are high-end without being intimidating to use.
