You know what struck me first about Little Latte House – Chalong? It’s one of those places that actually lives up to its name – there’s this genuine coffee house vibe that runs through the whole property, and honestly, that’s not something you see pulled off well very often. Located right in Chalong, you’re basically in the heart of one of Phuket’s most authentic neighborhoods, away from the tourist circus but still close enough to everything that matters. I mean, Chalong Pier is just a short walk away, so if you’re planning any island hopping trips, you couldn’t ask for better positioning.

What really gets me about this three-star spot is how they’ve managed to create something that feels both cozy and polished without trying too hard. The rooms have this clean, minimalist thing going on – think warm wood tones and plenty of natural light streaming through decent-sized windows. The beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the air conditioning works properly, which, let’s be honest, is crucial in this climate. The bathrooms are compact but well-designed, with hot water that kicks in quickly and decent water pressure. Nothing fancy, but everything works like it should. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – Chalong isn’t exactly a party district, so you can actually get some sleep without earplugs.

The communal areas are where this place really shines though. There’s this lovely little café space downstairs where they serve genuinely good coffee (not the instant stuff you get at a lot of smaller hotels), and the local staff actually knows their way around the espresso machine. I spent quite a few mornings there just watching the neighborhood wake up – you’ll see locals heading to the nearby temple, fishermen coming back from early trips, that sort of authentic daily rhythm you miss when you’re stuck in resort bubbles. The WiFi is solid throughout the property, which matters if you need to get any work done. Parking isn’t an issue either – there’s space right out front, and in Chalong, street parking is generally pretty relaxed anyway. With a 9.3 rating, I can see why people keep coming back here. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, just delivering exactly what a good neighborhood hotel should: clean rooms, friendly service, and that rare feeling of actually staying somewhere with character rather than just another cookie-cutter place.

  Ami was so helpful and kind and my room was lovely, it had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean.
  As was the communal kitchen and dining/seating areas. The house step up is lovely, as you enter, there is even a plunge pool inside with toys for children. A beautifully decorated open hallway runs alongside the rooms with tables and chairs set out for each room as well as lovely Christmas touches throughout.
  Having a fridge in the room is a bonus as was having access to a washing machine free, even washing liquid was supplied.
  Another bonus for me was having free access to s pushbike. This is needed as the accommodation is in a lovely, suburb, though quite a way from other facilities. Having a bike meant I could get to the closest place to eat in a few minutes and get to supermarket. Though the roads by the house are quiet, you do have to go on very busy main roads to get to supermarket. Cycling on those is not for the faint hearted.
  Overall a lovely stay and I would definitely stay again if looking for peace and quiet, or if I had motorised transport to get about.

  I had the most comfortable stay at Little Latte House! The host was absolutely lovely and friendly, making us feel so welcome from the start. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a restful night's sleep. The property also offers great facilities, including a kitchen and laundry area, which were incredibly convenient.
  
  It was perfect for our short trip, but I can easily see it being an excellent choice for a long-term stay as well. The location is super convenient, with shopping malls, convenience stores, restaurants nearby, and you can also rent a motorbike, which makes exploring the area even more convenient 😍
  
  I couldn’t recommend Little Latte House enough to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

  The place was clean and looked just like the photos and even nicer. The staff and the owner were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed, and the house even had a kitchen and a laundry. The location was peaceful and secure. Although the house is not on the main street, it is only a few minutes away from a shopping mall, restaurants, night market, and convenient store. They also had free bicycles that I could ride to roam around the neighborhood and motorbikes for rent. It's a gem.

  Guesthouse veramente stupenda. Location nella più totale tranquillità. Le camere pulite. E puoi trovare tutto ciò che serve. Lavatrice e asciugatrice disponibili. Host veramente gentile. Ottimo il servizio di self check-in che per chi arriva di notte come noi è super comodo. Ristoranti e super mercati raggiungibili anche a piedi.
