The common areas become these natural gathering spots where you end up chatting with other travelers – I actually learned about a great local market from someone who’d been exploring the area for weeks. The whole vibe is relaxed and welcoming in a way that makes you want to extend your stay. Sure, you won’t find a pool or room service here, but when you’re getting this level of personal care and local insight, those things start to feel less important.   New, clean, far away from Patong. Feels very local and cozy. Good breakfast, good coffee, amazing hosts. Good value for money. Get a scooter and explore around – beautiful area, Bang Tao beach is nearby. Grab a nice brunch at Take&wake, splurge at Five Olives (best pizza I have ever had) or indulge in some delicious local food through Grab. There is a decent Gym nearby for 200 baht a day.

  The room is great and there are all facilities in the property. It will take around 15-20 minutes to reach great beaches and 20 minutes to get to the airport. The owner provided us with the bike for a really nice price. Breakfast and coffee they provide are great!

  Great find! I was in the area for a work conference and Liangs home made for a great little base to call home. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, kind and helpful!
